When can we register?

The registration period for the 2025-2026 year is from September 18 to September 30, 2025, or until the groups are full.

Eligible for the resident rate: Residents, employees, and their immediate family members of the 10 municipalities in the MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut (Estérel, Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson, Sainte-Adèle, Piedmont, Saint-Sauveur, Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs, Morin-Heights, Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard, Lac-des-Seize-Îles, and Wentworth-Nord), as well as employees of the Centre sportif Pays-d’en-Haut. The non-resident rate applies to anyone living outside the 10 municipalities of the MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut.

No, there is no formal evaluation. Swimmers must meet the swimming prerequisites according to their program.

YOUTH PROGRAM

From what age can a child join the club?

The Youth Program is designed for children aged 9 to 17.

Yes, but he must master certain basics according to his age: at 9 years old, the child should be able to swim 50 meters freestyle and backstroke, and 25 meters breaststroke. At 17 years old, he should be able to swim 200 meters without stopping.

The training sessions take place twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Yes, they can register even if they can only attend once a week.

Wearing a suitable swimsuit, a swim cap, and goggles is mandatory. The use of fins is also recommended for certain training sessions. These accessories must be purchased by the swimmers themselves.

Yes, parents can attend the training sessions, but only from the stands.

Competitions may be scheduled throughout the year, but participation is not mandatory.

Additional fees may apply for optional competitions, which are not mandatory.

MASTERS PROGRAM

What is the Masters group?

It’s a group for adult swimmers (18 years and older), regardless of their skill level. Whether you want to get back in shape or improve your technique, the group is open to everyone.

Yes, the training sessions are designed to accommodate each swimmer’s abilities. Swimmers are grouped by lane according to their level, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace in a structured and motivating environment. However, swimmers must master the basics of freestyle and backstroke, be able to swim at least 50 meters continuously, and be capable of following group training.

There are two groups for the Masters. The morning group’s training sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 8:00 am, as well as on Saturday from 7:30 to 9:00 am. The training sessions for the midday group take place on Monday and Wednesday, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm.

No, the atmosphere is primarily friendly and relaxed. Training sessions take place in a positive spirit, with the joy of swimming and progressing together as the main focus.

There is no obligation to participate in competitions. Currently, none are planned, and if opportunities arise in the future, everyone is free to choose whether or not to participate.

Where is the pool located?

The swimming pool is located at the Centre sportif Pays-d’en-Haut, situated at 252 Sainte-Adèle Boulevard, Sainte-Adèle (Quebec) J8B 0K6.

It is a 25-meter, semi-Olympic, 8-lane swimming pool.

Yes, the Centre sportif Pays-d’en-Haut provides lockers in the changing rooms. It is recommended that you bring your own lock to secure your personal belongings.
